Here are some photos from Dennis and Dons' comittment ceremony, which was held on October 7, 2006 in Eureka Springs, Arkansas. It was not only their special day, but was also Corvette weekend, so we spent time with great family, great friends, some REALLY cool cars, and even some harleys thrown in for good measure...there will be more, as soon as I can get Photobucket to let me upload. It will only let me do 5 or so at a time, or it kicks them out? Not sure what that is about....but anyhoo, here goes...........

One of the many cool corvettes we saw that day. Unfortunately, I was taking this from the window of the tram we were riding to go to down town, rather than having to worry about parking....was fun, as long as you were careful not slide off the hard wood seats, eh Marlene???

Yours truly trying on a hat and having way too much fun! We had such a blast after the ceremony, we went to eat, then walked around the town for a few hours...was very tired, but it was a great tired. It's great to have such wonderful people in my life, and I love all you guys bunches!!! :) Thanks to Dennis and Don for having Elaine and I at your place after words...we both enjoyed the yak fest............... :baby04:

I don't think I was nervous, the photo was taken after our vows had been recited and Marlene did her reading. I was choked up more so than nervous!
but, you are correct that every wedding has a "terrified" photo!

I call that his "Dennis support" shirt -- I guess it's a Dennis and Don support shirt now :) It also was appropriate when he wore it the day we went to a place called "Mystic Mountain" .... there trolls, little tiny winged fairies, and other mystical creatures live.

It was a great day....thanks to great weather, great place, great food, and best of all great friends.

About those trolley seats...I have to tell ya'll when I was trying to brace myself from sliding completely off unto the floor my dear friend Ladonna wasn't reaching to help me she was reaching for her camera! Thankfully, I got stopped on the edge or ya'll would have had a lovely picture of Marlene on the trolley floor.

I can't wait for our next big adventure.
