Was just "fired" by my realtor because I asked her to do the following things:
Have the correct address on the MLS listing,
Have a lockbox on the door
Notify other area realtors that it is available and that the owner has offered a bonus.
Oh, and additional signage might also be nice, so that people can find it.
I don't see any of it as being beyond what she should have done to begin with. 
So, I am going to sell it myself!!! (I hope)
