I paid $2.21 tonight, then went past another down the road & saw if for $2.15.
Kicked myself for that one but at least I don't have to fill up 'till Friday so now I know where to go.
They had a price war for a day in Atlanta, from 1.79 to 1.59. It was to far away from me to go but with 2 vehicles with 30 gal tanks maybe I should have taken a drive lol

Dropped from 2.55 to 2.39 over two weeks. Brings my per mile to a nickle a mile (45.7mpg from an 87' ) Now if I can get my daily below $2 I'll be happy. I need 1.67 a gal for that. Here's wishing

Our gas is going down, but only because there is an initiative on the ballot in November to tax oil producers in the state. It's gone steadily down from $3 a gallon to $2.59, as of yesterday afternoon. It's guestimated that it will drop even further the closer to November we get...and that's only because the oil industry thinks the prop will be passed so they are apeasing the voters first, trying to make them vote favorably.

Station nearby was reported by AM news as being $2.01. Most stations arounf here are between $2.08 to $2.12 for regular unleaded....not too bad!

Lowest I've seen is $2.19, but there is a web site that lists the lowest gas prices locally. It shows that unleaded regular is available for $2.05 in a few places in the Atlanta area.
