Thanks for the update Pyrnad. I've been thinking about you and hoping things were getting settled. I'm so sorry you've lost an animal. I hope these people are out of your life soon and that they are prosecute for murdering your animal. That is just absolutely horrible.

Pyrnad, I wish you could just put certain people on your "ignore" list, so they can't cause you more distress. I can't understand why they seem to take such pleasure in harassing you. They should just NOT READ YOUR THREADS if they don't like what you are doing! They are free to start their own threads about anything they like. I don't think they should jump on yours the way they have been.
I think there are more people here who CAN sympathize with you. We have next-door neighbors who moved here from the city, the wife has been known to make a lot of snide remarks about our farm to other neighbors. Another neighbor told her to "go back to the city if she doesn't like it!" We try to be friendly to them, and make sure our animals aren't directly infringing on their property. However we can't control every sound and smell around here, and they saw the animals were here for years before they moved in. So far it has been manageable, but we can certainly understand and sympathize with your problems. Keep fighting for your rights, and don't let things get you down.

What is it to YOU what other people think or believe about Pyrnad? Back off already! You can only control your own mind, not ours!
And i believe if you would take the time to read my posts and her posts, you would see that i have always been civil in reply to her, and she as on several ocasions called me names and made fun of me.
Oh BOO HOO! Go tell your mommy... I really don't wanna hear your whiny little snot nose cry any more!
Of course you would have to *SEARCH* through the old posts to find that, and if you do i will have you prosecuded for cyber-stalking. *GRIN*
Don't get cocky...we know who you are too! *GRIN* LOL

So put that in your pipe and smoke it! If you care to read through the above mess I made .... LOL

Actually, I deliberately sought out a location where I would have no neighbors. I did so because I realize that some of the things I do would likely irritate people living around me. I run an excavating company from my property, and so heavy trucks enter and leave my property regularly. Additionally I load and unload equipment sometimes early in the morning or late in the evening. In the winter I clear snow with my equipment and sometimes run equipment and trucks in the middle of the night to warm them up in order to go out and clear snow.
As I know I wouldn't want to live beside someone who did these things, I decided to do unto others as I would have them do to me. I sought out a location where my activities would bother no one. My nearest residential neighbor is at least half a mile away.
That sounds pretty nasty to me.

Really. Knowing that my actions could bother others, I chose a location where I wouldn't bother anyone. Pyrnad, knowing her animals were bothering her neighbors, brought in extra animals, then encouraged these animals to make as much noise as possible. You may choose to live beside Pyrnad, but I wouldn't.

Ok, ok, for Pete's sake (no pun intended) would all those who do not agree with Pyrnad and have been inclined as to post so, just please move on now. We have heard you, we do not all agree with you, why continue? Can't we just be nice.
I am really getting tired of having to read through all the nasty mean comments. I just want to read how things are progressing for pyrnad, if y'all do not, don't come on. Geez.

I just wish ,Pyrnad the best, Of luck with theese morons. I bought my property without A survey, But I know where the corners are, The seller was my brothers mother-in-law. I helped set the fence line back in the 80's with her late husband. So I refused the survey. And title insurance.

I won't say who is at fault, as I do not know anything but what has been posted here.
Having said that, when I bought my house in Ill. the neighbors all told me to stay away from this particular one, as no one could get along with him.
I never spoke to him until one day I could see he needed help. I walked over, helped him through his problem, went back home.
We never spoke again until I had a problem. He came over without being asked, helped me through mine, said bye and went home. We were that type friends until I left Ill.
I could repeat the exact same words with a family in MS, except we became close friends after the return help episode.
I will not form an opinion on these two families, as I have learned that most neighbors are a reflection of their neighbors.
