Pyrnad,
I am glad you gave us an update. I am really sorry you have lost an animal in the way you did. I pray that justice prevails for you.

Glad it is beginning to work out. But, how stupid can people be. All I can say, is that I hope they will get their just rewards...... they will get back exactly what they gave. We can hope that they move by someone that is nuttier than they are. hehehe picturing that makes me giggle.

I would hope so too.....but since they have title insurance which will pay for the leach bed removal and your "extra unneeded survey", then it is probably save to assume that they (the bad neighbors) purchased this thru a lending institution and just signing over the deed to you probably isn't going to solve ALL the problems......they can just walk away after signing it over and leave you owning/owing the remainder on the property. Either that or if you decide you will not/cannot afford to make the remaining payments and the bank then takes it back. Back to square one, but at least the BAD NEIGHBORS would be gone!!!

Here's hoping for the VERY BEST for you and yours.......(guess this is why we pay lawyers the big bucks.....to solve problems like this one.)

Hi Pyrnad,

I was just thinking of pm'ing you to see what was going on. It sounds like some progress has been made. But I'm sorry to hear that you lost an animal friend under suspicious circumstances. I hope these people move far far away from you so you don't have to be concerned with them again.

good luck,

Beaux

has there ever been a clue as to what it is that has caused them to be so wrong? bad info from the seller? or way out of line idea of life or any clue at all?

Glad to hear that there's some progress being made Pyrnad. I was just thinking about you the other day and wondering what was happening. So sorry to hear that you've lost a critter though. Hang in there. I'm sure in the end your going to win this battle.

Not sure what their problem is. They belong where their is a homeowners association, that has rules and how things should be.
Not to mention they way over paid for the property.
It was appraised last week for $15,000.00, and they paid $30,000.00 for it.

Could that lower appraisal been due to the drainage field problem?

No it had to do with the lot size and age(1972) mobile home on it.

Was the animal one of your dogs that you encouraged to bark all day or the donkey that you taught to bray incessantly?

Why can't everyone be nice?
No, they gotta start something.

Redneckpete,

Just curious, how do you teach a donkey to bray incessantly? Like this?
