I expected you would say something. Like I said earlier ..nothing new.
Seems the same old people ..the same old 'clique' ..still cannot tolerate opinions that differ from theirs.

I'll say again ..except for the trees, I am rooting for those neighbors. In fact ..I'd love to be in those neighbor's shoes right now. Because I am nearly 100% confident that I'd find a solution to the leech field ..no doubt in my mind about it. No way would I accept full financial responsibility for making Pyrnad's land in better shape than it was when I bought the place. And for Pyrnad to expect that ..well ..in my opinion that says a lot about the type of person Pyrnad is.

As for opinions mpillow ..you just go right on ahead and disagree with my opinion if you want. As the old saying about opinions goes ..yes ..we all have them. So no skin off my 'opinion' if you disagree ..because you are entitled to yours too. LOL

What does 'mortgage insurance' have to do with leech fields?

Ms Murphy is probably looking more for some kindness and compassion ..maybe a bit of empathy ..and perhaps a whole lot of forgiveness ..the sort of forgiveness that the good Lord recommends.

Sorry Q I saw what those animals went through in Ms. Murphy's care. Empathy, and forgiveness do not exist when it is in the dead of winter here in Maine, when an owner says the animals do not need water, because they have snow to eat, and can dig through the snow to the grass to eat. Not even the good Lord could forgive what she did to those creatures.
Empathy is the last thing she needs. Dealing with mental health is what she needs

It doesnt really matter if you answered it. Most people got my point as well.

tsdave ..Why don't they just quit attacking your opinions and simply allow you to ask your questions?
FWIW: I got your point. Thanks for offering another perspective.

Now if only the one-sided 'clique' would leave people alone and allow questions and/or disagreements toward the situation.

On another board where I post, there's a saying: "Don't feed the trolls."

Works, too.

Hang in there Pyrnad!

However ..if any of us were in the neighbor's shoes with the leech field situation ..we'd all be highly upset. FWIW, the neighbors most likely have some type of options they could pursue ..that will relieve them of the financial liability for the leech field. After all ..these neighbors did not install that leech field on Pyrnad's property. Same as most of you would likely do ..if I were the neighbor ..my lawyer would be finding out who is ultimately liable for the expense involved. But ..that's just me.

If I had them as neighbors ..I'd probably help the neighbor somehow. But again ..that's just me.

Furthermore I'm rooting for the neighbor for everything except the trees ..but still again ..that's just me.
Yep its sure getting beat up again.
But maybe your right maybe we are getting to much enjoyment out of these poor folks misery.Maybe we should show them a little compassion as they may have a severe learn disability or something.
Maybe there not the bad neighbors they have been branded.
I think we do need to hear the other side of the story. So as i believe another poster recommended in an earlier thread, why don't you drive out there and ask them? Ill second that nomination!
But wait maybe its to far for you to drive.Maybe you can compromise and take a bus.IL donate some of the bus far! :baby04:
Anybody else? Come on now folks how else are we going to hear the other side of the story!
Or maybe since these poor folks are going to loose there home we can go one step farther and take up donations to build them a house next to Qwispea's? You would be willing to compromise by giving them some of your land so you will not have to click/read this thread any longer wouldn't you?

Oh and thanks for the update Pyrnad!

I 'hear' what you are 'saying' ..but I also firmly believe that the good Lord would forgive her.

I don't see where tsdave has attacked you ..he merely questions whether the neighbors should bear the entire financial burden for the leech field dilemma. For that ..he gets berated and attacked.

Why is it so difficult to accept that not everybody sees 100% eye-to-eye with your attitude against your neighbors? Your neighbors did you wrong with your trees and by harassing you by calling you names. But the leech field isn't something they put in ..and it appears as if your gloating hatred for them has made you use the leech field against them. At least ..that's the way it sounds in these threads.

Back to the lady whose animals you were compelled to rescue ..What's done is done ..there is no turning back the clock. I feel for those animals ..and most certainly you did too. You stepped it up a notch and took responsibility for helping those animals ..and as I said in another thread ..that was HIGHLY COMMENDABLE of you. No question about that ..HIGHLY COMMENDABLE.
However ..again ..I truly believe the good Lord would indeed forgive that lady.

Perhaps the issue is that she already knows your opinion and wasn't really seeking any thing else, just (as she stated) updating those who asked.

Thanks. Some get the update some do not. Not looking for a debate here. I was just trying to let those who asked what was going on.

Shygal ..tsdave wasn't even talking to you ..so instead of tsdave ..its you who is trolling. At least tsdave asked relevant questions ..you didn't.

If you don't appreciate tsdave's questions for what they are ..then go back under your own bridge.

Yes, most people pretty much get that you don't have a life. Maybe you and Carol Murphy could get together?
Good luck Pyrnad...don't let the qwazy, qweepy people get you down.

I see , to the rest of us are not supposed to debate , here on this forum, what you post you are doing , right ?

personally i like this defintion of "forum"
"a public meeting or assembly for open discussion"

you have declared that your neighbors must remove something they do not own from your property , at their expense, and that no one here may dissent from your views, because you are just 'updating' the situation, here , again, on this >>>> FOURM <<<<<< If you dont want discussion, then might i suggest posting your updates on, oh, i dont know, a website, or a blog, or maybe a email group, or something like that ?

I think its very obvious that Pyrnad is not the type to let anything get in her way.

LisaInN.Idaho ..so you are able to discern that tsdave doesn't have a life ..huh? At least he can offer a different perspective ..one that causes the brain to engage and actually think.

tsdave ..you've made some good points and asked some thought-provoking questions. You are entitled to ask questions. Don't let their personal attacks get to you. They're breaking forum rules ..you're not.

Personally, if I were Pyrnad’s neighbor, I wouldn’t do anything. I wouldn’t retain a lawyer or even respond to Pyrnad’s communications. I’d let her burn her money on lawyers for the next five years. If I go called into court I’d ask to have the hearings postponed to another day. I’d do that until I couldn’t do it any longer, then I’d play super stupid. Sooner or later one of two things would happen. I’d loose my property or Pyrnad would run out of money for her lawyer’s bills.

I’m betting the latter would happen first.

Oh, I forgot one thing. A stray .303 slug fall out of the clear blue sky and hit Pyrnad’s donkey.

how is it that pyrnad's pre-purchase searches never turned up an info on the septic system and yet the neighbors should have known through searching? it seems the owners of pyrnad's property could be held just as liable as the owners of the neighbors lot. this is quite a confussing case really. i don't think it is as cut and dry as some think.

i just don't see how they would be responsible for removing it and replacing the soil. i can see them needing to remedy the situation by not using it and building another.

i think there are now two lawyers who are ready to make alot of money.
