pyrnad, Bad Neighbor Update

Yep, they paid cash, $30,000 I believe Pyrnad said. I'm guessing they skipped some of those pesky things like a title search, a survey (obviously), a well test, a septic test, and who knows what else. In our state, a buyer can come back on the realtor if things like this (leech field in the wrong place) are missed. But if the realtor advised them to have those things done, and they chose not to spend the money on them, I'm not sure who they could go back to for compensation. Maybe the seller? But I don't think he was the one who did the septic either. And at some point, a buyer who choosed to skip those types of assurances is going to have to take financial responsibility when something goes wrong. Anyway, a good example of caveat emptor... or however you spell that.

Yes they skipped all of those things. Inspection, well test etc. Sold by private sale. They did not want to spend the $250.00 TO DO THIS.

at the risk of getting in trouble with you all, i think i see the point. i lost track of the legal procedings, but if i were the neighbor, that is your leech field and i would just make a new one and stop using yours.

not trying to argue but i think i see the point in the contested statement.

LOL Calico Kate ..that is so funny. I bet my brother that someone would attack me within an hour for merely offering my opinion about the topic. Our bet was $25 within 10 minutes ..$10 between 10 and 30 minutes ..and $1 from 30 minutes to an hour. LOL ..your personal attack came in at 6 minutes ..and I am now $25 richer.

That's the difference between me and you ..I offered opinions about the topic ..you did nothing but post a personal attack. Guess you proved my point ..nothing has changed ..we already know what we're going to read in this thread ..Pyrnad allegedly has bad neighbors who deserve to be raked over the coals ..and anybody who offers anything but 100% praise and consolations for Pyrnad gets attacked. And I think I see the problem. You are inventing things here. You are trolling by making it seem that Pyrnad said something she didnt.

THE leech field. Not "my" leech field, "their" leech field, "gods" leech field. THE leech field. There is no ownership stated in her statement.
However, you, in trying to start something to make a "point" decided to turn it into something else....

NEITHER. Its THE leech field that is on her property. The neighbors have to remove it, no matter whose it is. She didnt claim ownership or give ownership.

Im not sure what you are getting out of this, but its obvious that all you are interested in is causing trouble.

If those neighbors find a legal remedy for the leech field problem ..(which I'm betting they will) ..then TFB. And if those neighbors tuff it out and stay there for the next 30 years ..TFB!

I disagree with your comment that "She tried the nice route more than once.." Because that is highly debateable ..considering everything we've seen in these threads.
Oh ..don't get me wrong ..as I thought the offer to sell the neighbors the land with the leech field was nice. But the neighbors did not put that leech field in ..and they haven't lived there even a year ..so why should it be their responsibility to pay Pyrnad for the land the leech field sits on ..or to competely remove every trace that the leech field ever existed? That is downright mean and nasty on Pyrnad's part ..and the excuse the neighbor's are bad doesn't justify that type of nasty.

Just my opinion ..and if you don't like it ..then just refer back to your own strange choice of words ..if you know what I mean. LOL
