We made a light box for table top photography using the instructions here: http://www.pbase.com/wlhuber/light_box_light_tent
I actually use a big cardboard box for the "table top". That lets me move the light box around the house (or onto the porch) to use filtered window light for my main lighting. I also use a couple of shop lights as needed.

My BIL made quilt frames for my sister and generously made one for me, too. The top section is glued together but the other pieces (legs and bottom braces) disassemble in minutes so that I can store it under my bed.

I made these shafts to convert a child's wagon into a wagon for my dog to pull. I spray painted the shafts metallic black, so they looked more like metal. It worked great for awhile, but it was more for training him to draft than for actual heavy work.

We made an arbor for my grapes.
We also made a clothes line with them because nobody makes the metal "T"s anymore like my parents have. Guess you have to know somebody.
Anyway, no- we didn't know at the time that PVC can soften in the sunlight. Whoops. Now it looks very droopy, but it still works. Heck, it's concreted in the ground, so we're pretty much stuck with it unless hubby wants to ever hacksaw it off at ground level.

I use 1/2" pvc to repair breaks in 5/8" garden hose. Cut a piece of pvc about 3-4" long, force ends of hose onto pvc til they meet, use 2 hose clamps to tighten hose onto pvc.

I'd love instructions on how to make those Hoola hoops!
Everyone has such great ideas!
My friend used PVC to make and sell TP's that came apart and stored in a bag and could be assembled on a rainy cold day inside for the kids. She sewed the TP covers in a variety of different fabrics and the PVC fit inside the pockets she made, like curtain rods would in a curtain.

My best PVC project was a fringe area TV antenna using plans from TMEN back in the late '80's. (The plans are still on their website.) I was getting reception a good as $100+ antennas.

Hummmm.... I wonder if I could cap the open ends of that greenhouse frame. Put a water fitting on it and use the frame to run water to outlets in strategic places? Maybe add a big black barrel full of water (or several black barrels) to help hold heat on cold nights? Cover the ground with rocks to help hold heat in cold weather? My brain is going into overdrive, I just had a crazy idea to make huge candles in 5 gallon buckets with rope wicks (maybe 2 or 3 wicks) to create more heat in cold weather. I just might try that! LOL

We made shopping carts for the customers at our greenhouse business. 2 tiered with 2 crazy wheels in front, 2 fixed wheels in back, metal mesh decking, and a bar handle in the back that sticks out so you don't step into the back axle.
They hold 3 cardboard boxes on each level (beer/pop flats).
They do tend to break at the uprights by the wheels as they get older and are used (abused!) more.

I have seen saddle racks made with PVC. I use PVC pipes for horse jump ground rails, the heavy ones can be used as poles also. I have a friend in PA that made an arena fence with it and it looked really good. I want to make a mineral feeder for the goats also, haven't gotten to it yet though.
