and dont forget the corn on the cob!!

Oooh there is sooo much you can cook in a smoker...

I'll just make it easy.....haven't met a BBQ I didn't like. Be it brisket, pulled pork, ribs, the whole pig or even a chicken! Actually BBQ rabbit is right up there too....just don't overcook the rabbit it gets to dry! Whens dinner

I KNEW IT!

At least you were smart enough to get here as fast as you could.

Bet you didn't win that cook-off with crab. Not at a livestock show. No way, no how. People have been strung up here for less.

you cannot beat pork on the bbq. no way no how. and i am a yankee (i guess) and i like a sweet and thick bbq sauce...yall' can keep your vinegar, lol.

chicken almost made it to the top of the list. it is too hard to do chicken right on the grill. few people have the patience it takes. i could eat bbq drumsticks and wings all day and night.

1. chicken
2. pig (any part)
3. beef ribs
4. brisket? If you don't have the time or inclination to make corned beef out of it, feed it to the dogs.

I am a traditionalist when it comes to barbecue. My favorite is also Eastern NC whole hog. Butterflied to lay flat, cooked over wood coals and pulled or chopped with a vinegar/pepper sauce.

Well, I'm not from TN but I do like slaw w/ my pulled pork. Yum!

I was at a blues fest a couple of years ago and they served a "Pulled Pork Sundae" They took a parfait glass; put a layer of pulled pork in the bottom, then a layer of slaw, then another layer of pulled pork and topped it off with a bit of bbq sauce. - Blew my mind!! -a pulled pork sandwich without the bread! It was great! And lots easier to eat when you're dancing than a sandwich!!
