Good deal. It's helping me to see that people have their own setups and we won't have to worry about the house burning down because of something stupid that I did.
After research, it seems smarter to have a more efficient smaller stove than a larger stove for what we need. I didn't realize burning small fires in a big stove would make it "dirty". We really only need it for the living room; because our ceilings are high vaulted, it'll heat the bedrooms upstairs as well.
We went with Lopi because the BTU output for that size stove was higher than the other stoves (Jotul, Quadra and Kuma). Plus Kuma's stoves are step-top, which seems to be harder to cook on, should I need to do so.
