City people moving to the country can be a pain, but they generally come around after a while. The ways of the world are different in the woods versus the city. They seem to think they are bringing they city life to the country and have a bigger yard. Same house and decor only bigger. Someone make some noise, bitch about it and it will change. Doesn't always happen out here where the hoot owls screw the chickens. They either learn or they don't. Those that can't accept it move eventually.

I can always tell a rookie has hit the section because they always burn there property up trying to get rid of a brush pile in august and the whole place goes up in flames. Makes for a nice lawn the following spring though. After the volunteer FD get's there and the local PD to issue a fine for burning without a permit it usually doesn't happen again. With some it takes a couple of more times.

Fixer, I LIKE your attitude. If you weren't so far away I'd like to come by and shake your hand and make your acquaintance.

Anytime you are in the neighborhood just drop a line and feel free to come by.

I have no idea why it would cause problems. Sad perhaps, that it's even necessary at all, but at least they know up front and can't complain later. I'm not sure who it has caused problems for??? Other then pyrs' screwy neighbors.
