That's a NICE sturdy table with a wide leg base from side to side. Less apt to tip or loosen up with heavier folk using it. I'd like a copy of these plans too. Thanks so much for offering to share.

I had a friend in Colorado who was a fine carpenter and set up an assembly line to build picnic table. (Assembly line for ONE worker, himself. It included "quick-jigs", if you know what I mean.)He used 2x6s and bolted together..High quality. He sold them mostly at Denver Flea market for $250.00 (this is 20 years ago. Sales were kinda slow His material/time cost was high.

He had to quit it.

Original poster: Judging by the interest generated by this thread, you could probably SELL the plans on Ebay!. Not so much expense (or labor) as building them.

I've built some out of wood and out of steel. Either way.....It is FUN!

anyway, there it is.
