Wink Loss of top SOIL

I would think you would want to help correct this by going up hill of this plot and cut a contour ditch at the right slope to catch and redirect alot of the water right away.Keeping in mind the effect of which way the water will flow. Iron spiked wheels where used all the time for wet ground. Get those straw bales out and make dams, to slow the water and soil, where needed. From the land of the RAIN...Oregon.
