(sorry if i'm asking something you've already explained; there's a lot of text in the thread). j

Real quick update, I haven't had time to even read the latests post. Apparently the process server has been in the HOSPITAL this whole danged time! He got out this weekend. I guess his business is a one man show and there was no one to let us know? He said he's doing it today.

Anyway, got the letter done to the lady that was like a mom to the ex, mailing it this morning. going to make some more calls today.

also the mortgage company was able to cut the mortgage back a little because apparently in 2003 I signed up for the equity enhancement program so that a little extra was being auto-drafted every month. I cut that out. In addition, they said I don't have to get his name off of the mortgage. All I have to do is pay the mortgage off in full and it doesn't matter who does that. To sell the place and pay the mortgage in full (oh lord please let me break even), all i have to do is get him to sign the deed/title waiver. So, maybe if I find him (big if) and I tell him I'll waive the $700 he owes me and I'll send him his family heirlooms, if he'll just sign the papers.

I hope this lady I found in El Paso will help talk some sense into him. Otherwise, I have 3 weeks of vacation next year. I may just spend it parked in a car outside his mother's house and this lady's house till I find him. he will sign these papers, I won't take no for an answer and I'll just pray for strength.

Please pray that this lady is able to touch his heart.

The idea of "turning yourself in" to eradicate the junk yard may be worth looking into. In our area, if the township recieves a complaint, and finds more than two junk vehicles out in the open, you get a short period of time to remove them. If you don't remove them, they are towed by the township. I hope your situation gets a little better, good luck.

What an awesome idea!

I've put in 20 hours into training this week. I'm doing OK with it and am finally into the good stuff in the training. Today I went through motors, tilling and all kinds of engine stuff.

Well pretty tired, just finished getting the bills figured out for the 15th. I'll probably do another 8 hours out there tomorrow so I can be done by the 15th or 16th. Tomorrow is tractors.

Court date on the 17th. No word from the lady I thought was going to be my back up plan to find the ex. I have a lead on selling my Harley and am going to place an ad for the rest of the stuff as soon as I'm done with training.

It's coming together. I'm hoping for a miracle though! Hey it could happen.
