And then do what? Go to the annual stockholders meeting and vote to close the quarry? Which would make your shares worth little or nothing, meaning you would have thrown all of the money you spent on that stock. Yep, that sounds like a plan. I just bet all of the other stock holders jump right aboard that band wagon. Good luck.

I would much rather listen to the industrial noise of a quarry than have that property turned into a housing development. When neighborhoods choose to shut down local industry, the property usually is sold to developers.
