Echoridge Farm

I just spoke with the MI dept. of ag. inspector today. The last time I had a permit was three years ago. I'm renewing this year and the only change they made is having a percent fat/protein/fiber test done, and there must be a label on the container stating those percentages. There should also be a lot number or production date on the container as well. We too must be tested for TB annually. Otherwise you can have a form sent to you or even apply online for one.
Steff, it sounds like you have a nice little setup there!

Little is the right word. My milking area is only big enough for two goats. I milk by hand so one eats while I milk the other. I milk 12 every morning. My milk room has two refridgerators, a double sink 3' counter and room for 3 adults to stand(shoulder to shoulder). But it works.
