A Mini Dairy Goat one in Idaho

I don't know how happy my husband would be. He wanted Almond Joy because she looks like a deer and if I shaved her she would be black and white instead of buckskin with white spots. Does the brown grow back?

Doug, OEF and Missouri State Fair deadlines were July 1st. Might want to look into Arkansas State Fair it is October 16th, September 1st is the deadline for that one.

Squeaky, yes, the color they are before shaving will come back at some point usually. Though babies change color often, even without ever having been shaved, so you could end up with a black goat anyway! A lot of my girls have a "winter color" and "summer color", especially the alpines. The winter color is usually darker.

Also, you can have someone else show your goats for you, this is no problem at all. People get other handlers all the time when they have more than one goat in a class, etc. Amy's show is in August, I think.

Well done. You deserve. You're very committed to your stock as far as I can evaluate from your presence on this board!

Not bad for a little one ring show, with Nationals going on also. The best thing though it wasn't 95 degrees like it usually is. Made it soOOO much nicer !!
Out of the 150, how many were Doug's?

Good goin', Doug. That's fantastic!

LOL! Doug, everyone here loves you, or else you wouldn't get teased so much.

I'm pretty sure he knows that.

I don't think I ever saw a person jump in with both feet like Doug did - and he's doing it right!
