Oh really....^^^

In your defence Doug he is a really, really nice looking boy. Your next year kidding season is going to be awesome with all those bucks and does to choose from.

I have been really good and very firm with myself and ...shoot who am I kidding my DM has put the brakes on buying more goats...I am weak so no help from me.

I've got 5 now- two adults and 3 bucklings - all F1s. 9 does to breed - three are F1s.
I'm selling all the bucks as long as I get 2 F2 bucklings !

At least that's what I'm telling myself!!!!

I currently have 5 bucks for 25 does (I have more than that now, but hoping to get down to that number or less by breeding season...), plus bucks in the tank, 2 baby bucks and 3 adults. But 1 adult buck is gong to a new home on Thursday, 1 adult is for sale, and one of the kids is for sale. So, that would leave 2 bucks if I can sell all the ones I want. And, bahah, I just realized the two that would be left/that I want to keep this year are father/son (one Nigerian and one mini alpine) and both polled! But, I will be doing some AI's this year, and hopefully I get some nice babies from those as well. And I don't think my other adult buck will probably sell, so I'm sure I'll still have his stinky butt around...

I have zero bucks onsite. The meat wether doesn't count, does he? Doesn't matter. He's freezer bait, and will be a featured guest at the Spring Fling.

Now, Doug, how about you and the family come to the Spring Fling, and you can bring along an excess buck? Bwahaha!

What? He has too many bucks. I have none.

I can give it back after my girls are settled. I'm really generous. He won't have to feed one more for ... hm... 6, 7 months.
