Of course, a heart attack is never a good thing. So sorry you're dealing with this.
At the risk of seeming unsympathetic, are the issues with blockages to at least an extent because of diet or lifestyle issues? Not always, I know, but often, those kinds of issues are.
Some people are just more able to handle feeding their bodies more of the "goodies" that we tend to be more attached to in our American diets and appear to get away with it while some really have to live very strictly in order to maintain good health.
If it's not something you've done already, maybe a good hard look at diet and lifestyle might offer some hope. Miracles are wonderful when the Lord decides it's the right thing, but we have a lot more control over some things than we give credit for as little day by day decisions make a difference in things like our health. (I know that piece of pie isn't the best, but it's only one... I know that pizza is loaded with fat but I'll only eat a piece or two... It's rainy and cold out today so I don't think I'll go for my walk... I don't feel like cooking today, maybe a McBurger n fries today... you get the point. There can be a cumulative effect.)
Honest, no ill will or preaching intended. Only thinking of the best for the health of you and yours.
