I have had ringworm before, it is scaly and rough. the pic looks like the spot is smooth. I would say if it is not scaly, its probably just a scrape.

Yea it's smooth. I doctored for it anyway.

My goats live with my two mares and the goats eat right with them when I feed the horses their hay. The goats think the horse hay is better even though it's the same thing.
