Poo poo. No babies. Hazel is TORTURING me, lol
She is back to normal. Now my other goats are the ones yawning. If I don't wake up to babies tomorrow morning then I might just have to throw a fit.
My family is certainly saying that I am acting like a freak, and that Hazel is driving me crazy.
I answer, "Well! I'll stop when I have baby goats in the barn."
Just did my last night check, at least with not checking I can assume that something might be going on.
Expect an update at around 7:00 in the morning. I'll still be on here though if you have anymore Hazel comments!
That's so heartwarming myheaven, I'm so glad. At least it's possible!
Here are some pics of Hazel and her last babies.

Ugh, I got all excited that it was 45 minutes until report time, then saw that you aren't in my time zone. Poo.

Sorry guys! Today I felt like sleeping in, so I slept until 7:00
No babies, though. Her hiney is much looser, though. Ligaments feel a tiny tiny bit different. It's still a waiting game.
Sorry about that Min!

That video is amazing! I have never even heard of anything like that!!! Her kids from last year are just too cute...I assume both were boys? Cannot wait to see what she has this year...maybe you will be the start of a Doe Year for all of us!! Although that kind of liveliness has "boy" written all over it! lol

Haha, crazy ain't it?
Yes, I definitely think there is at least one boy in there. Her last two were both bucklings.
Lord I hope, last year, out of all sheep AND goats, we had nothing but boys. Hopefully we will have a few girls to make up for that!

Can you just go out and squeeze her real hard to see if they will come flying out?!! I have NEVER heard of a Nigerian going over that far! I hope everything is okay in there. When the video was posted, sure looked fine. Are you 100% sure on the due dates? That's crazy. The latest I've had a Nigerian kid here was day 151 or 2 I think.

I wrote down the exact day they bred and then they were away from each other. I think they are fine, they feel and look alive! LOL
Yeah I've been wanting to do that for awhile now!
I haven't heard of one going that far either, and I am pretty darn sure the dates are correct. There is a 5% chance they aren't, but I guess it doesn't really matter now! Officially overdue today.
Just to make the deal even sweeter, my rabbit turned up not pregnant either, lol

I think I might wake up to babies tomorrow... lol just like every morning. But I think her udder is bigger and she has acted sort of wild all day. Hopefully my goodness, it's hard to believe she is pregnant LOL

M'kay, so she has a bigger udder and ligs are hard to get a distinct feel on. I keep saying this over and over again, and I think you guys are prolly tired of seeing my posts, lol, but we'll see! Maybe (gosh dang hopefully) tonight.

Good GRIEF! If not for the pics/video, I would say she was having a false pregnancy/cloudburst as long as this has been dragged out. Wonder if she short cycled and bred through a fence or something?? Good luck with your girl, can't wait to see what you get! Guess you better try and be present, might be some large kid/s!!

Babies? What babies? You're asking about babies? Never. Never will there be any BABIES!
I'm sure there are babies in there! LOL I was joking around with my mom last night, "The goats do need to be wormed around now, you think she just has a worm overload and those worms were moving around in there?"
NOPE. LOL no worm overload here, just a stubborn goat who won't let go of these dang babies.
Udder is very full and ligaments are fluctuating.... "We'll see"
She better have triplet doelings in there.
The option is coming around that maybe we need to induce. Dun dun dun.
She is obviously ready to pop, so maybe it was a five day heat? That would still put her around 152 days. Right now she could also be at 157.

Oh, and both her babies who were born on day 151 were almost five pounds each, I can't imagine how much these monsters will weigh. She also tore badly when she had them.
