Figured he was a Midas son since the only doe RubyStar bred was bred to him. Couple of the photos I posted above are of Midas.

Yes the herd may go to TN but still a big maybe if they can find a way to transport them there. I really like the Guernseys but having to slow down with my goats and start by getting down to one breed. Will probably keep a smaller herd of Nigerians for another 1-2 years before fully dispersing.

I think Pan must have been a Guernsey, they really epitomize the look to me. haha.

Poppy, I love that the poodle is the same color as your boys.

Yes seeing red around here! That is Riley my 6-month-old red standard poodle. Had a black standard in the past and love them. We have Nigerians the same color as Guernseys also.

He is handsome. I love the longer coats on them. 2 of our toggenburgs have the long hair, kind looks like they have fuzzy pants on in winter! Our Lamancha buck doesn't have that kind of long hair at all. But he is super gentle and huge.

Poppypatch, if that sale falls through let me know. I flew Spez in and that was pretty expensive. Transport would really be the big problem.

He is handsome!

I think you are too used to the Nigerian's buck size though. My mini buck seems large until I go to my friends' houses that have alpines and saanens!

We see plenty of big bucks at shows and they are of comparable size(about 250 pounds).
