The rumen is on the goats left side. The babies would be on the goats right side. It doesn't matter which way you are looking at the goat. Just like YOU have a right hand, the goat has a right foot

Makes sense. Wasn't thinking logically.

She looks pregnant to me, but not ready. I am only going by the way her udder/bag looks. Once it starts getting tight and shiny, then I would start looking for babies. My girls tails will look like hers for at least a month before they kid and then it will look like that with a curve

Keep in mind with the ligaments that they may disappear and reappear. The ligaments are stretching to allow the tail head to rise at the same time hips are spreading wider, making more room for delivery. As the tail head progressively rises up(and the angle of the pin bones widens) it will will put tension on the ligaments causing them to feel tighter. Hormones will loosen them up further, rump steepens, tail head reaches further. Back and forth. I've had several goats keep me guessing for the last week or more. But when they finally do lose the ligaments completely, its pretty obvious. You can close your fingers around the tail head way up further to their spine. The rump is really steep and hollow and they waddle when they walk. Its really hard without a point of reference and its easy to forget what a big change it is, even if you've been through a few kidding seasons.

Her belly doesn't look all that big in the pictures, just what rumen looks like in a goat. She may be bred, but doesn't look close to me from these pics. Udder is really flaccid if she is going to be due any minute. She may be due October though, like the previous owner said, never know. Let us know the Biotracking results. In the pic with her tail raised, is it raised naturally or are you holding it up. If she is due in a month, you should be starting to see some loosening of her vulva by now.

She is definitely NOT fat, if anything a little thin. You can see all of her bones pretty easily in the pics, so definitely not fat at all.
