Well. It's almost over now. We gave it everything we had. He's going fast.

You've tried so hard to save him... I keep hoping I'll see someone with more knowledge come up with something else to help you keep him going. I'm sorry it seems like you're losing him.

So are we. This little goat left this world surrounded by love and caring. Surrounded by friends who did everything they could to pull him back. Sometimes we just have to cry and say good bye because it is time. He does not go alone and that is very special.

Well. He snuggled me one more time. He bawled several times. He actually stood and walked to me and put his head against my inner thigh as i sat beside him. He pushed and snuggled. Then bleated a few times. Then died. He's buried beside the cat we lost. We all gathered as I dug a hole. We laid him to rest and said our good byes. Wow. We sure got attached to "Camelot"

I am so sorry. Know that there are many tonight who will share in your grief with you. You did what you could and obviously the little guy felt you were looking after him. It's not a bad thing to feel pain at his passing, it proves how much you care and how hard you will try.

Camelot is a beautiful name for him.

Doug, I am so sorry. The little guy had it totally stacked against him, but you and your family fought valiantly for him.

At least, with you, he had a hope of a chance.

{hug} I wish I had words to make it feel better, but I don't. All I can do is sit here and cry with everyone.

I can't say how sorry I am, Doug. He was a sweetheart of a goat and we were all pulling so hard for him.

At least he had you and his new family and didn't die neglected and unloved. He knew kindness and love at the last~
