I'd give the Nuflor for five days, but he may only need Banamine for two or three. Keep listening to his chest.
The website says IM on Nuflor, but the only place I can give an itty bitty goat an IM shot is in the thigh muscle, from the back side.
It will probably be effective either way, IM or Sub Q.

He got two shots. He sure don't like them. It's funny watching him run from me. Hope he realizes I'm helping him. Especially since he's going to be a permanent fixture on our farm.

It takes a little experimenting and offering treats more than once.
Mine like:
Fritos
Peanut butter crackers
Gingersnaps
Oranges
Banana peel
Saltine crackers
Corn chips
Animal crackers
Apple slices
Apple peel
Potato chips

Banana Peel? I didn't think anything ate banana peel. I eat 3 bananas every day. Ill see if the goats like them. I hate throwing anything away and I already tried the chickens.

LOL! All we had was a partial bag of spicy bbq lays chips.
Yes, I ate that, then had some leftover red beans and rice (a gift from a colleague).
My goats LOVE banana peels, btw.

Well. He's got kiwi, pumpkin, tomato, apple, carrot, fritos, Doritos, celery, broccoli. Hmmmm. Did I forget anything? I'm out of peanut butter. I do have honey and apple sauce.

Mine love scarfing watermelon rind and all!
Doug I highly suggest getting a relationship going with a vet. I was one of the first people my vet" cut her teeth on" now she is very well versed in goats. She came out to me in the middle of the night worked 7 hours and charged me minimally. She cried with me when my goat died after all our efforts.
You have enough goats to warrant a heard check. A vet who will come running to you when you call is priceless.
Around here if they see you care and want the best for your animals, that puts you in good with the vets.

I always put a blanket in with my babies, they so love to pee and poop on it!
Not be a smart ass mine lay on the ground and get up to do their business on the
blanket for some reason. I still always give them one. Some day one of them will actually use for snuggling in.

The only reason I said something is because that cage is similar to the one we use for Tank the (big, ugly) Dog.
Tank whimpers if I don't put his blankie in with him, b/c the wire on the bottom must hurt his delicate tush.

My kids take longer to get used to treats than any of the adults. I start them out with animal crackers but usually I have to break off little pieces & put them in their mouth a couple times for them to figure out they really Love them!

Temp is 99.8. So now it's to low. He is still congested and won't eat. But he's getting around good. Do I continue to tube him or do I see if he will get hungry first? I didn't tube him last night hoping he would be hungry this morning.

I'd tube him with half a normal feeding with some probiotics added, just so he has some nutrition going. That's just my gut instinct. Not based on any experience at all.
Make sure he stays warm.
Call the vet about the congestion. Do they have Dayquil for goats??
