Another option you have is to use this milk to make soap. Goats milk soap is very popular and is a fantastic money maker. It only costs about $15.00 to make a batch of 30 bars of soap that can sell for up to $5.00 per bar. Also with soap there are no licenses required!

When we had milk that could not be used to drink or make cheese ( worming for instance) we used that milk for soap.

Another option would be to get a couple piggies and feed that milk to them... Milk fed pork is a delicacy.

Check your minerals. My does milk suddenly started tasting goaty about two months ago for no apparent reason. I discovered that a cobalt deficiency can lead to goaty milk. They need the cobalt to make vit B. I started giving her Vit B injections and the milk started tasting good again but would only last for 2 days before the taste got strong. I also started top dressing a tiny bit of copper on her feed until I could get the minerals that I ordered. Her milk also had a bit of a sour flavour to it. I got my bag of minerals 2 weeks ago and within days her milk became creamy and sweet again and I can drink 4 day old milk and not know the difference. The Sweetlix loose meat maker mineral 16-8 is the only mineral that I found with high levels of cobalt and copper and a low amount of salt so that they will eat more of it.
