Oh, no, so so very sorry. I know your pain and share your tears. May you see her again someday, whether in the eternal place or her soul in a new form. May she grace you with glimpses of her presence as my special Tanner does for me.

I am so very sorry.. I know your pain and share in it with you.. (I lost my *heart* daughter/dog 11 years ago) like you I had to make the decision to help her on her journey.. I still have times when I feel her spirit move thru me... reading of your pain and sorrow at the loss of your beloved Katie... brought me to tears. for you, for me.. for my girl yaga..

big hugs
susie, mo ozarks

Sweet Tribute.

We know from the day we let them into our hearts, that one day they will break them.
The joy we gain by loving them will, in time, once again outweigh the sadness they can bring to our lives.

My deepest condolences, she went way too soon.

I am so sorry for you and your family. You wrote a lovely tribute to Katydid. Please allow yourself time to grieve. I had to put my Elgar-dog down two months ago and I still tear up at times. It seems a lot of us are losing our dogs and cats lately. Lots of grief, but lots of support also.
