That stuff is scarey! Hopefully your blood work comes back good. I have been in the ER from anxiety attacks before. Hubby was in for what he thought was chest pain but was really sever acid reflux. He had the GI cocktail too.

I'm doing good! I went to work this morning and it was as crazy as all get out until I left. I'm feeling a bit fatigued but instead of taking a nap I'm going to keep moving and get outside and play with my critters Thank you everyone for your caring support. It means so much to me!

Just when we were ready to start looking for Missouri property big enough to hold you and all your critters (present and those to come) you have to go and scare everyone! Moving to Missouri is the answer to all stress and other problems...that and eating too much. Glad you are ok...you are needed by everyone to keep people laughing, knowing what the calendar says and pumping others up. Therefore, you may not get sick! Take care of you...

I'm trying...!! First thing I am doing is ditching the no wheat diet. It has done nothing for me and I feel more fatigue now than I ever have. Menopause has something to do with it I'm sure. IDK I felt better b4 so I'm backing up! lol! Thanks everyone!

My heart checked out fine. Xrays clear. They gave me a GI cocktail that numbed my whole GI. It was kinda cool. Blood pressure was high for me so I'm going to keep an eye on it and need to have more blood work done. Now I'm going to eat and go to bed! Thanks for all the concern. Didn't mean to freak anyone out With my family history I really needed to go in and get it checked out.
Glad you are ok

I am so happy you're doing ok. I get the chest pains and "catch in my breath" from anxiety too.

Hopefully it was just some unknown stress. We should meet halfway in the Twin Cities and have a spa day! lol (I typed spay day at first, that wouldn't be fun, lol, but no more periods would be abso-freakin-loutly awesome)

A spay day would be perfect along with a spa day. A spay day would probably help a lot of my problems! Would that get rid of hot flashes and fatigue?
A spa day sounds wonderful! I have not had a spa day since I moved here from the Twin Cities...ahhhhhhJust thinking about a massage makes me melt. So we can get the spay part over with and rest up from that and then hit the spa day coming out brand new women that our goats won't recognize!
