I would give her CMPK but not the Dex at this point if she were mine.
Sounds like maybe you could have been feeling the after birth & thinking it was a baby in all the excitement?
Hoping the triplets are all she has & she is going to be just fine. The pushing could be her trying to pass the after birth. The CMPK will help that, also milking her or getting the babies to nurse will help too.
Natural instinct for her body to push when you were going in.

Now the question is, Let her dam raise three, or pull the does and bottle feed 2 while letting her raise the buck? I can not decide, but I can hear them crying out there, so i am gonna go check it out.

I should have stuck around after the cmpk. IDK what happened, she did not even attempt to clean it. Not like her. She is a great mom.

Guessing it was still born is why she didn't attempt to clean it off. She should have no problem feeding all 3 kids unless you want bottle babies. Myself, I prefer to dam raise kids here if everything is good.
Make sure her teats aren't plugged & all the babies get some good drinks. Also I worm my does' the day they kid too.

Wow so there were 4 in there and the after birth came out before the 4th. I wonder if that was the cause of the still birth or if the baby died in utero which caused the after birth to come loose?

There were 2 afterbirths. I have to wonder whether the thing you were feeling wasn't the second afterbirth in _front_ of that last baby and it was dead before birth. It's called placenta previa and I am pretty sure nothing could have helped The placenta lets go before the baby moves into the canal and that is fatal

Carol T. I think you have got the answer. The last kid came out in a sack attached to a second afterbirth all at once. She was still pink and clear eyed but just nothing there.
