It's pretty much all better My vet did an eye stain and checked everything out....no scratches or ulcers. He was very thorough! It's not as red anymore and I'm just treating it with anti-biotics.
He is a really good with eye injuries so I felt total confidence when he said it wasn't that bad
(meaning...don't need to go to MD) He is also a great boss and a good friend .
Thanks for asking!

Lol, Minelson takes the old addage, " If it isn't good enough for me, it isn't good enough for my animals," to an entirely different level.

I think I'd trust my vet more than some physicians I know in this area!

That's how I feel....I got a piece of wood stuck in the palm of my hand. I could not for the life of me get it out. So I called the clinic and they told me to come in. The Dr. brutalized my hand. If she would just used a magnifying glass it wouldn't have been such a mess. Then she left and said she was going to ask in the emergency room. It was a long wait and she comes back and says I needed to see an ortho??? It was just a sliver!! That was over a year ago...the sliver is still in my palm and I have a big callous over it. Should have waited and gone to the Vet!

I'm fortunate that I'm married to a retired/disabled physician, whose immediate family includes a number of physicians. We pretty much stay away from physician's offices or emergency rooms!
