What sort of heart defects? Do you know the diagnosis? Smoke up for the poor little fellow. Hope all works out for him in life despite his rough start.

Your baby, you, and the rest of your family will be in my thoughts.

Like Blue Run Farm said, modern medicine has come so very far.

I hope someone near you can help you with the goats.

Prayers for your new son & family. Hopefully you'll find some good homes for some of your goats to help lighten the load.

Hollowdweller he has a coarctaion of the aorta and bicuspid valve. The coarctation is the one they are planning on his 1st surgery for.

I wanted to update you all and let you know that so far little Isaiah is doing good! He has his appt. with the pediatricion (sp) tomarrow am and then another echocardiogram with the pediatric cardiologist on Tuesday the 19th. Thank you all so so much for your good thoughts and prayers for our little guy!!

I don't usually post pics of the kiddos but I'm going to put one here temporarily so you can see who you are praying for. It's hard to get a good pic with the laptop but here's our little guy

KrisD thank you for sharing that with me.sorry about your coarc but encouraged that you are doing good in spite of it!!

He came through surgery well, had some issues breathing after and stopped in the night that 1st night but now he is doing great and back to nursing etc. like pretty much normal. I'm so exhausted so I won't go on but he has an appt. with the cardi, tomarrow afternoon so I will try to update again after that! Thank you all so much for your prayers and kindthoughts!!
