Could be an abcess in her throat. Does she act like she wants to eat but then doesn't or spits it out? Feel around her neck, throat and jaw for any lumps. Try to look in her mouth if you can.

update.....went out there and she had her head in the hay feeder...eating like there was no tomorrow? She was up and around all day..
