OT: (long) An announcement and a heads-up

I am really sorry to hear this. No wonder you feel in the midst of a meltdown.

I was wondering though..are the articles that you sold to the company exclusive to them? Do they own the rights or do you still own the rights? If you do...I would be spreading them around to other places. If they own them..when they call you to offer you less money .. tell them you accept but you want the right to republish those articles somewhere else. Maybe you could recoop a bit of money that way.
