just made my first batch. omg. i messed up and it started boiling so it curdled a bit, but it is amazing! i will now start putting it on pancakes, ice cream, in oatmeal, in my coffee. oh the possibilities. i will be getting fat. heaven in a jar for sure.

How far down do you reduce yours? I did mine by half, and it IS delicious.... but I thought it would be thicker......

You can reduce it down as much or as little as you prefer.
