Yes, you're right, that WOULD be the proper thing, but he refuses to answer any of my phone calls, ect....I don't think I would get to far with even taking him to court because NOTHING was written down....

Also IF he was a crypto....wouldn't his testicles be floatin' around somewhere else? After feeling around, they are in the scrotum but very small...def not 5 month old size from what I am reading

His Sept pic isnt too bad, but his rear legs are bunched up & fwd.
As for being bullied that can happen. We took one to camp cause his spirit was broken.
Bottom line is he's not breeding material, period. With or without small scrotum.
It's so sad the seller wont work with you.

Thank you Goat Servant, I think we will hang on to him for a few more months to let him get bigger, if he does, and then send him off to auction..

What are your thoughts on the 8 month old? Or did I make a bad choice there too? LOL

You can take the breeder to small claims court even if it wasn't written down. He sold you a buck with the intention of breeding it and it isn't breed able. Write down everything and send the breeder a registered letter. That way in court you have proof that you tried to contact him and he's ignoring you. Some places have mediation before court and most things are settled there. I would call the ABGA first though and file a complaint. A little heat never hurt anything.
