I'm praying for ya'll to make it through with no losses. Hoping you and your animals will come out of this fine and frisky! Sorry ya'll are having to deal with such a storm!

We are praying here for you all. I could not picture going through that. We just had a freak rain down pour that flooded out the girls pen. If I had to live through that I would lose my mind with worry.

Been watching the news & the east coast is really getting hit hard from Sandy. I hope you all stay safe out there as well as your critters.

We are getting some of the aftermath from the storm but so far still have power & only about 50 miles an hour gusts, but it's supposed to start dieing down as the day goes on. Were getting sleet & freezing rain right now too.

Dear Katie please be careful too. That kind of wind can topple a limb or tree so fast.

How's everyone out there this morning? BoerMomma? Mythreesons? Arnie? BethW? BECKY?

We are all intact! woohooo! Greenhouse is still up just missing a little plastic, so far just one strip of shingles, grill across the yard. I'd say we were lucky here! My heart and prayers go out to the people in jersey, nyc, and all the others!

Good morning! We dodged a bullet here, too. Gusty with steady rain but the power stayed on and everybody's safe. It's cold, though: 36° when it was in the high 70s a week ago. I went out to the barn this morning and the goaties were all fuzzed up, standing chest deep in the hay that they'd strewn all over their stall. Bad goaties!

So relieved that this seems to be over in this area. It took us months to clean up from Irene just last August. But the mess further north is so sad. Hope everyone is safe~
