Goat milk is part of your liquids. I use 100% goat milk which does add to your fats but their is no way to calculate that. I just do not superfat as much or at all.

I started by using a recipe from dairygoatinfo.com in the soap tab. I like that forum because their are not to many people on it to confuse me.
