Love all the pictures. Guess I missed the emotionally retarded issue. I think I may top all in treating animals like people--have a little cat who eats with me at every meal & who has to have cheese every time I cook.

Ya know---- I'm actually starting to feel sorry for Patrick. He must be a very very unhappy person to try to pull other people down to his level.

Well I must admit, I am joining the ER group. I just found the smallest pair of baby jammies I could and am cutting and remaking them for Pete. The smallest dog I have ever had. He gets so cold, and Earl already has a few size 2T t-shirts.
And I can get them to post I have 3 cats who beg at the table along with the dogs. One sits on the table and usually Pete is up there too. I gave up on the whole idea of keeping them down. They have better manners than the hubby and that's saying alot

LOL! Love these pictures. But I am not going to show them to my outside cats, who will then think they should be treated like the queens they are and demand to live in the lap of luxury.

Minelson, you brought the biggest smile to my face.

Patrick, we have been here with each other through thick and thin. The reason I came here some years back was a goat tragedy. Pictures of thriving, coddled goat kids remind us of why we love goats. They are a bright spot to take away the heartache that can walk hand in hand with having goats. If someone is fine with just reading or advising about goat tragedy, believe me, there is enough to go around. Don't open the kidding pictures, but don't take away our enjoyment of them. Polio, entero, cocci, listeriosis, sudden death, it's all there every day. If we didn't have good news we might just wash our hands and walk away. Kids are cute, because they are cute of course, but because they represent WHY we do what we do. All baby animals are cute, but a kid is just layer after layer of fun wrapped together in a sweet, innocent package. For those of us who have no kidding plans in our future, the pictures are welcome; for those waiting on kids, the pics are a fun spot to build aniticipation. For those that have kids, it is a place to share their pride with the internet world. No harm, no foul. Also, we have all adopted each kid as our own and watched many of them grow; what a great way to share our goat lives with an internet family.

So I say...bring on the pictures!!!

Becky: emotionally retarded and proud of it.
