For a nubian, dwarf nigerian cross (min-nubian) baby, I would go with a 1/4 cc of Bo-Se

Even with her dipped navel it could be navel ill... Pneumonia... or even some other infection (maybe from her dam being down)..BUT..whatever it is.. she really needs a good antibiotic ... even a dog/cat vet will have Nuflor or Baytril in the office.. Little ones like this, you need to really jump on this and stay on top of it...
good luck (I know it's very hard a sick bottle baby)

Lots of good advice already given like Donna said but I wanted to wish you & those little one's the best & hugs to you, so sorry about the momma.
I would call your vet & see if he'll sell you a bottle of Nuflor if not then you'll have to use the Pen G.
Nothing else in their tummies besides their milk & a pinch of baking soda.
The Vit. E gel will not hurt & may help. squeeze the liquid from a capsule or 2 into their mouths.

Do not buy a bottle of Nuflor it so expensive. It costs over $100 at the vet. They will if your vet is good just sell you two shots which comes to about $5, it is given IM 48 hours apart.
I have no experience ( knock wood) with naval ill. I do know about rattles, which happens when the kid swallows birth fluids. They do sound rattly and the Nuflor clears it up quickly. On the tiny ones the vet sold me shots that were .2 ccs.
Bo-Se is on the way? Or on hand?
VitE is helpful, keep the kid warm, the milk warm. Add the pinch of baking soda after you heat the bottle, it tends to make it foam up if you do it before.
If she has a fever and is down you need to try to get the Nuflor today. The worst the vets can say is no.

ok, gave her B, and vit E capsol (Squeezed in mouth), Bo-se ( meet UPS guy while getting Vit E) and Pen-G orally since i had that antibac on hand.
I will call the vet about the Nuflor. Would her dose be .2ccs? That way, maybe being so little the vet would sell it to me
Her fever is down, now 102.7 so with in "normal" range right?
She still will not take a bottle, but is moving around more. Her lungs sound clear, no runny nose or weeping eyes. Her eyes are nice and clear as well.
She did also cry and nuck me a little, but like i said would not take the bottle.
Should i feed her some with a syringe? just dribble it in her mouth so she can swallow it?
Should i give her electrolytes?
Should i get thiamine and give to her as well? Where do you get that anyway?

When you are trying to get them to suck, tickle them right above their tail. Makes their little tails wag and Ive had it get stubborn babies sucking! Worth a try anyway, Also make sure, just like a baby, that you test it on your wrist first so its not too hot or cold.

I am going to throw this out there only because I had it happen with Monkey when I bottle fed her. There was only one nipple she liked. If you tried any of the others she would not take it. So maybe if you have more then one try different ones?

I think she just does not feel good. She was drinking from this nipple before and had no issues. I will try tickling her tail and see if that works.

For some reason I did a search on this a couple of weeks ago and I read (maybe on here?) that Tylan 200 is something you can get at TSC or feed store and is a nice substitute for the Nuflor if you can't get it from a vet. From what I read on the description of it, it's good for respiratory issues. I hope she starts eating well for you soon!

you have to get straight thiamine from a vet. You can get FORTIFIED b-complex at a feed store and it has a good amount of thiamine in it

I hope someone else can chime in here. I really don't know the best answer. I know if the goat has a low temp that their rumen can't work properly so feeding them is a no-no. But I don't know about one with a normal temp. Of course how is it supposed to work if it doesn't have food/nutrition in it.
