I have 4 due at the end of January, 1 due in February, 1 in March, and 1 in April. 6 of them are bred to my black/white dapple buck - I will be going picture crazy!

I was up half the night with visions of goat babies dancing in my head!

The guy I bought my buck from had only bred her to one of his girls, she just kidded the other day, had a red and white spotted buckling, black and white paint doeling, and a traditional doeling. No telling what we will get! One good thing, the 2 does had perfect 1 x 1 teats, the buckling clean 2 x 2 so I'm hoping he does that well for my babies. The moms all have great teats so I'm not expecting anything bad.

I have posted pictures of his offspring on my website under the buck tab. He has put out a few more, but I put up all I got my hands on.

It sounds to me like it was her mucus plug. As far as feeling kids I have had does where you couldn't feel any movement at all even up until they kidded. Glad you where able to feel them

I had a doe who I wasn't sure if she was pregnant or not and I felt for babies and finally just figured I had one fat doe on my hands. She ended up delivering twin girls . But I was pulling my hair out for the LONGEST time! I had another doe who delivered 2 weeks after the first with triplets who I never felt either and again I ended up figuring I had another fat doe on my hands .

Post pictures of those cuties when they arrive! I miss my boer girls so much, they where one of my favorite breeds to work with and I miss my big lovable girls.
