I used to be 'no one special' but then I discovered God's amazing love. Now I want to "Know One Special" more and more.

Mine is short for my gamer name Xayanissa in Everquest II and my location. My online friends who have spilled over into my real life all call me Xay so it seemed fitting to use it on here.

I couldn't think of a name so I thought OK, my dad's an uncle and his name is Otis, therefore the name uncleotis. This was one of the first groups I'd belonged to and at the time didn't realize that's what I'd be "known" as or I'd have come up with a name that people maybe wouldn't think of me as Uncle Otis.

Mine is also my name, Plus my last initial. Growing up it is how I saw everyone kept anonymity and wore name tags at the same time.

I was trying to come up with something that describes my life right now. Thinking about it, I realized that learning is the central theme. I'm a teacher, DH and older DS are full-time college students, younger DS is a high schooler/college student. Our days are comprised of school and homework. At the same time, we have embarked on a new homesteading lifestyle. We're learning about goat and chicken care ALL the time; we're learning about gardening and preserving; we're learning as we build our own underground home; we're in a constant state of education of one form or another. I don't think I'll ever learn everything I want to know, hence the screen name "LearningLife". It's just what we do.

"Mammabooh" that's so sweet!
Somehow I had andabigmac scrambled to something like andabigmac said with a mouthful without associating with the burger but now that you mentioned it;
About making conversation with Asians who had heavy accents.
Curious, I asked, "What did you do before you worked here?"
"Oh, I make mbugr at McDnls."
He said it real fast and I never eat there.
"Where?"
"McDnls."
I asked again. His mouth dropped open in shock.
"You mean you never heard of McDnls!!??"
Then I asked him to spell it
"Oh, McDONalds!"
Relieved that I wasnt as blonde as I really was, "Yes! McDnls!"

Well, for my name, I love penguins. They never fail to make me smile. I wanted my user name to be my online shop name "PenguinCraft" but that was taken. Then I started thinking about penguins, and farms, and if I had a farm full of penguins, what would I call it? Winter Penguin Farm ....now I might even call my place that when I get goats!

The first forum I ever joined was for Siamese cats. One of my Siamese at the time was Thai, on his papers I named him Thai Blue- since he was a blue point and it sounded good together.
The site said I had to use numbers as well so I did thaiblue12 but I see it as one-two since it rhymed. But then I realized people see it as the number twelve so I kind of wish I dropped the numbers when I joined other forums.

Katie I like your name, don't change it cause then I won't know who you are lol.

This cracked me up!

I'm a crazy hillbilly gamer girl. I play a lot of online games. I was having some anger management issues for a while, and a lot of the in game characters got the name Rage/Rhage/Rhaige or some spelling like that. 9 is my fav number. I've been Rhaige9 on more forums than I can count for a number of years. Some of the people I started gaming with still call me RaeRae though. /sigh

My name is Miranda Hyatt, so my username is a fun combo of part of my last name with my first name.

Dost Thou Have Milk? is dad's take on the campaign Got Milk?
It indicates our dairy farming lifestyle along with our beliefs (Conservative Friend {Quaker}].
It fits pretty much any forum I take part in.
