Thank you everyone. I know that part of my tears are my own selfishness. She was my first show quality dairy (I have boer show goats). I know the vet would have done the same thing I did (except push more fluids but in her case would not have helped). Also, I lost my Lacey in a real unusual kid position delivery just a few months ago. How many 1 in a million incidents do I (or my goats) have to go through? It's time I pick up the pieces. I will once again save up some of that green stuff that usually goes into their mouths and try again. We are going on a hike up to Castle Craigs on Sunday. She was going to go with us (no weight but she loved the hikes) (kinda funny funny for a "show goat" lol).

geesh, this is sad. ((big hug))

wish you the best on getting another saanen tho., they were the one breed i was certain I didn't want, now that's all I have.
