I thought it might be fun to list our goats' names. I always love to see what other people come up with. Here are mine:

I don't name my goats unless I just look at them and I know what it should be.
Right now I just have My buck and 5 does and 4 babies.
Really the does have no names.
Buck is called Ready
One set of babies are Dapper Dan and Palma
Another set is Pretty and Prettier
The youngest is Brick. I get ? about that all the time,but simple story. When she was born I told DH "Wow she's build like a brick s--t house!" so she has been called Brick eversince. And every one can pick her out because of her name.

I have Pickles, Tilly, Loretta, Tammy, Jem, Poppy, Skwiss, Amber, Frolic, Gambol, Murderface, Kaw-Liga, Flopsy, Blanca, Dennis, and OneNut (guess why he's named that.) The last 4 are going to freezer camp tonight. That should help my feed bill a bit.

Eclair - 2. y FF she was named something else when we got her, but my sis didn't like it (this was the goat she picked out) so she changed her name.
Fiona - 5 mo. Unnamed when we bought her, she's light colored so the name fits, though when I named her I didn't know the meaning of the name was "fair, pale" :D

I don't know how to quote but Murderface was given to us by an angora goat breeder. She was rejected by her mom and they didn't want to bottle feed. She didn't know how to suck. She chewed her nipples. We went through a nipple a feeding. We had to feed her every hour because she was so weak. She was skin and bones and could barely stand. Anyways, if you've ever seen a baby angora they are about the cutest baby goats ever. My teenage son named her. We've vetoed other names he's come up with like BodyBag, Death Puppet, etc. We let him name her Murderface though because her little face could kill you with cuteness. I think he got it off of some show. Who knows?

Physically he wasn’t injured to bad other than several puncture wounds, a ear that was ripped, but he was exhausted emotionally and physically in the attack and he hasn’t really ever gotten over the attack emotionally.. Some would say I babied him to much during his recovery and made him a momma’s baby,
I currently also have Tabitha and her quads that were born March 17th/2003 Sissy, Tatty, George, Willie
And Essie , Daphne’s first and only kid that was also born in 2003..
As I look at each of the names above I feel as if I actually jump back in time and can see each of them on a clear spring day.
