lousy night :(

Thanks everyone. We buried him at the back of the property.
Wish we had been a little better prepared for such an emergency (though we never would have put them in the same little area had the threat of fire not been so strong). Now we know. I guess sometimes we have to learn the hard way.
So very thankful the fires dodged us (yet again). So many weren't as lucky.
We even got a little rain tonight.
