I'd call then blown. If the medial is an issue wouldn't they point towards the legs due to lack of support?

How does that happen? I've seen some "thick" teats before, but nothing ever like that. Could you even get your hands around those?

I'm no expert, yet, :-P but my goodness it looks like someone strapped torpedoes to that goat in the CL ad!

I've seen an udder like that. When I first saw the goat, her udder wasn't great, but she would have been fine as someone's "back yard milker". Then a local (who won't be named but nobody will sell goats to her), bought the goat, tried showing it, when the udder wouldn't perform the way she wanted, she injected saline to "pump it up" pre show. The next year, the udder looked just like the one in the picture. Very sad. Kids couldn't nurse and nobody could milk her by hand.

OMG, WTH is that!? Ewww, and I feel bad for her. She should not be bred, but should go into little white packages in the freezer.

Guy sounds like a total moron.

DH wants another GSD, I'll have to tell him those are called K9s now. DUH

Ouch! That poor doe. How can anyone milk that thing? If she were mine (thank goodness she's not, lol), I'd have to put her in the category of "scrub goat" as in, never breed that poor girl again!

Your doe's udder looks fine to me. Sure it's not perfect, but if she isn't a show goat, who cares? Looks nice and easy to milk My Snickers' udder is way less than perfect, but she is the bestest milk goat ever as far as I'm concerned - easy to milk, 3 quarts a day in one milking, stands nicely (except when the flies bug her) and she's a love bug. What's not to adore?

Your doe's udder looks really nice. But that doe on CL should get an udder award, for what I'm not sure...

No wonder she's shy! If my poor udder looked like that I would be shy too. I know someone who milks a kiko with an udder just like that one. They are fine with it. Makes my skin crawl. Poor things.

By the way, I own a "canine" dog too. I have been misinformed for the last 4 years. I was told she was a Czech. German Shepherd. Thank God I come on here and learn so much.
