I had been waiting for Pritchard nipples to come in at Tractor Supply. When I walked in on Saturday one of the girls yelled across the store, "Cathy, I have your nipples!!". There really isn't anything that you can say to make that any better to all the people there that don't know you.

How about sitting in a restaurant with another goat breeder and talking about slaughtering kids or even selling your kids for that matter.

Not goat related, but funny.

A large group of us were at a local steakhouse having a good meal. And a conversation about cleaning horses' sheathes (sheaths?) and urinary problems.

OMG I can see the horrified faces at the nearby tables. lol!

Just recently we got a beagle and a rat terrier puppy and we inherited the beagle's mom. What I said wasn't all that unusual I called out to my eldest son (10), "Get the baby away from the dog!" The reason is what I thought I'd never have to deal with. My baby (1) is still nursing from me and he was busy hauling the puppies off mama dog and trying to get a drink for himself.

Gives credence to the old story about Romulus and Remus I guess. :-P

Yeah, probably no Indian restaurants around.

I remember Nick asking me (during kidding season): "How much further are you going to stick your hand up there?"

Pause.

"How much further up can it go???"

The cat is knocking at the door. - One of my cat knocks

Could you please get the chicken out of the kitchen. - They used to come in when my husband would leave the door open. They like cat food.

And by the way chickens CAN NOT run on vinyl flooring. WEE!

I wonder what people in the cities that host the ADGA National Dairy Goat Show think when the show is in town and overhear what the goat people have to say It is not unusual for goat breeders to have a discussion about semen while shopping.

Not goat related but very very embarrassing... I was getting out of the car to go into the store and remembered that I had not turned my portable O2 tank on and quite loudly said," Oh, I forgot to turn myself on!" Never even thought about what is sounded like. I was mortified!!!
