The fact that each of us have a girl child EXACTLY like us, down to making the VERY SAME mistakes we did to the letter, is uncanny and weird. It is like going back in time and watching the past repeat itself, and being just as powerless to stop the bad parts.
We made a point of not passing on that curse to our daughters.
