Worked out wonderfully all around. Even in fostering, rescue, etc., there needs to be a match for things to even temporarily work out. Yanno?

W00T! Yay!
I'd happy dance with you ... but you know we can't believe you without pics. Someone (who would that be?) made a law about new critters and pics that is strictly enforced on the goat forum.

~laughs~ I will get pics up, of the new Alpines (and I STILL haven't gotten that ugly auction glue off of them, which is why I haven't wanted to get pictures of them yet. ~sighs~) and the new filly.

I was watching her this morning. Ya'll know how a well-put-together Anatolian (not the Mastiff-type Kangals, but the leggier Anatolians) moves when s/he trots around the field? That kind of effortless, floating lope? This filly does the same thing. I love just watching her.

Starting a new thread with ALL the pics. Took me FOREVER to get them uploaded to Photobucket.

That's the way I look at it! Love those win-win-win-win situations!

That's wonderful Caliann! I'm so glad you were able to find a perfect solution for you, your goats, your horses and that beautiful filly! I saw her pics in the other thread and boy is she a looker

If this hasn't been said already (too lazy to read every line..), you might post something in the horse forum about the availability. You might not want to talk about eating them there...

I'm sorry this happened. I would be angry and also sad about the horses. I hate it when my animals don't get along - almost as much as when my kids quarrel.

Let me know before I shoot them both.
Maybe now you get to find out what horse meat tastes like, HAHA!!

Cliff, Kohl, Ted.... I do understand "2ldr", but...

Go to my pictures of goats and horses thread to see the pics of the LOVELY thoroughbred filly that I traded the troublesome mare and filly for. The troublesome horses have been places in a good home, and a gorgeous, leggy, GENTLE WITH SMALL STOCK filly has come to live here.

Please go look at the pictures and comment on how lovely she is. She's gonna be 17hh + at least!
