I use butter muslin from new England cheesing making supply. Wonderful stuff for cheese draining.

I buy 12 pack birdseye diaper flats for draining cheese. Love them and they are available in most department stores. They are pretty much worthless as diapers but fantastic for cheesemaking

I use Flour Sack Towel. They work really well and BIG towel. I got it from Wal Mart.
