I'd give her all the alfalfa pellets she can eat, they are calcium and with three she is using a lot of that. Also barley or oats added will help keep weight on her. I have one heavy milker here and the breeder told me to never cut her grain or I'd see the weight drop. She was right and that doe has free choice barley 24/7 and produces 20lbs at peak as a 7yr old

Rice Bran isn't anything like the Bran you're thinking that is used as a laxative - this is a fat supplement - you can usually only get it at Southern States in Triple Crown Brand or Nutrena dealers, sometimes TSC, will carry Omega - it is around $31 a bag - but it will last a long time on one doe.
